Botanicals Vase Recycle Program

Over the years, we have heard from many of our customers that closets and cabinets in their home are full of stockpiled vases. They are not sure what to do with them and do not want to throw them away. We now have a solution for all those vases.

Botanicals Floral Studio is proud to announce our new Vase Recycling Program. This program is one of the ways that Botanicals is “Going Green” in 2009. We are constantly looking for ways to minimize our carbon foot print and help the environment.

How it Works

Vase Recycling is easy. For every 5 glass vases you bring in to our studio to be recycled, you will receive a $10 gift card from Botanicals Floral Studio that can be used towards future purchases. Each vase will be inspected to make sure that it is able to be reused. However, any vase that is not able to be reused will be recycled as well.

It’s that simple! So, start digging out your old vases and bring them to us, we will gladly take them off your hands. Our Vase Recycling Program is one of the many programs that have made Botanicals Floral Studio the Number One Rated Florist in Fond du Lac.

Fall is truly right around the corner and as we say goodbye to the dog days of summer and look ahead to cooler weather, we look around and see that we are surrounded by huge numbers of changing colors right outside our windows.  Fall is definitely a second spring.

Most people think that with the end of summer that it is time to get ready for the holidays.  While this is partially true, we don’t want you to forget about one of the most amazing seasons of all…fall.

On Wednesday, August 13th, 2008, Patrick joined two other designers in a competition in floral design.  “The pressure was intense, but it was worth every minute of it”, Patrick shouted out when he got back to our studio.  With the cameras rolling and flashes going off, it was clear that this was going to be an intense day.  Patrick was up against two of his fellow florists…both of which have been great friends with him for many, many years.

When all was said and done, the designers were glad to call it a day.  The judging was intense.  Watch for more information and photos of the event in the magazine.  We will supply a link to the photos!

The Botanicals family is becoming a little bit smaller today as we say goodbye and good luck to our designer Kyle Deiner.  He will be heading on down to Milwaukee to work on his education as an Art major.

Kyle joined the Botanicals family a few years ago and we watched his creativity flourish.  Our store windows saw Kyle’s talent as each season changed.

Thank you for your patience during this transition time.  As you may have noticed, it has been sometime since we had an update to our old wesite.  We decided that the time was right to update the site when we released additional services!  Well here everything is!

The first is this BLOG!  Many of your have asked about some of the same things so we decided that the time was right to post the answers to those questions (along with any really neat stuff we find) and share it with everyone.

The second service that we have added is ONLINE ORDERING!  We are happy to offer you this feature.  Now, no matter where you are or how little time you have, simply log on to http://www.botanicalsonmain.com and click ORDER ONLINE!  With a few quick mouse clicks, your order will be on its way.
